Are you a highly organized healthcare administrator with a talent for logistics and people management? We are seeking an Operations Officer to lead the daily functions of our nursing agency. This role is central to our mission, requiring a professional who can balance the complexities of staff scheduling with the delicate nature of client relationship management.
You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of care delivery, from hiring and deploying qualified carers to managing high-level financial invoicing and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Staffing & Roster Management
Carer Deployment: Develop and manage complex roster schedules to ensure all clients have seamless, uninterrupted nursing and care coverage.
Recruitment & Supervision: Lead the hiring process for new carers and provide ongoing supervision to ensure the highest standards of clinical care.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular check-ins with field staff to ensure adherence to agency protocols and client care plans.
Client Relations & Financial Operations
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Invoicing & Billing: Oversee the generation and distribution of client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment processing.
Problem Solving: Resolve scheduling conflicts or client feedback with empathy and professional efficiency.
Reporting & Data Management
Agency Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management.
Data Proficiency: Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) to track staff hours, client billing, and operational KPIs.

Application Instructions:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field (Healthcare Admin, Business, or Nursing preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a Nursing Agency, Homecare Company, or Hospital.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate Excel Proficiency: Ability to manage spreadsheets, use basic formulas, and generate clear data summaries.
Logistics & Scheduling: Deep experience in deploying staff across multiple locations.
Financial Literacy: Proven experience handling invoices and billing cycles.
Availability: Must be ready to resume by April 1, 2026.
