We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The NOC Engineer at SWATX is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operational integrity of the network infrastructure across our services in Nigeria.
• This role involves real-time analysis and troubleshooting of network incidents to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance for our clients.
• As a crucial member of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, you will be tasked with responding to alerts, managing incidents, and collaborating with other technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NOC or network support role.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting network issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and interfacing with clients.
• Availability to work in a shift-based model to ensure 24/7 network coverage.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
