We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We're seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our Technical Department!
• As a NOC Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Network monitoring and maintenance
• Ticket management and troubleshooting
• Network performance optimization
• Documentation and reporting
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Optimize network performance and capacity planning
• Document network configurations and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Expertise in networking technologies, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of ISP technologies, internet protocols, and traffic engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a NOC or similar role
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and equipment.
