Are you ready to shape the culture and talent behind some of the world’s most iconic brands? HEINEKEN is looking for the next generation of HR leaders to join our Global Graduate Program. In the People track, you won’t just be managing personnel; you will be a strategic partner enabling business success by attracting, developing, and engaging the talent that drives HEINEKEN forward.

This three-year journey is designed to turn ambitious graduates into future leaders through a series of high-impact rotations and global exposure.

Requirements:

Phase 1: The Rotations (18 Months)

• Rotation 1 (Home Base - Nigeria): Set off in the Nigerian operating company. Build a solid foundation in HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Reward, or Employee Relations while learning the HEINEKEN culture.

• Rotation 2 (Cross-Functional - Nigeria): Move into a different business area (e.g., Supply Chain or Commerce). Gain a 360-degree view of how HR strategies impact operational performance and business interconnectivity.

• Rotation 3 (International Assignment): Broaden your horizons with a six-month international rotation at a HEINEKEN office abroad, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.

Phase 2: The Landing (18 Months)

• Management Placement (Nigeria): Apply your global insights and leadership skills in a management position within the People function in Nigeria. Every day will be a chance to drive change and support organizational growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Academic & Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related fields. (A Master’s degree is an added advantage).

• O'Levels: Minimum of five (5) credits, including Mathematics and English.

• NYSC: Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps program is required.

• Experience: Maximum of 1-year post-graduation. We are specifically looking for fresh talent.

• Mobility: Must be fully globally mobile and possess the right to work in Nigeria.

• Language: Fluency in English is essential.
