Job Description:
We are seeking a high-potential and intellectually curious Graduate Trainee to join our team in Ikeja on a part-time basis. You will be a foundational member of our talent pipeline: responsible for conducting research, assisting in daily project tasks, and maintaining high-fidelity reporting. Requirements:
1. Structural Learning & Departmental Rotation
Operational Literacy: Participate in intensive training sessions and orientation programs to master the company’s internal policies and work processes.
Functional Rotation: Rotate through various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the company's value chain and inter-departmental synergies.
Skill Integration: Actively develop core competencies in professional communication, leadership, and time management through hands-on practice.
2. Analytical Support & Research
Data Intelligence: Conduct targeted research and gather information to support senior managers in data-driven decision-making and project development.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and professional presentations based on assigned tasks, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Problem-Solving Contributions: Participate in company-wide projects and offer fresh ideas to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
3. Administrative & Managerial Assistance
Senior Staff Support: Assist experienced employees and managers with daily administrative duties, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
Project Participation: Take an active role in ongoing team projects, contributing to the successful execution of departmental goals.
Team Synergy: Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting peers and senior staff across all functional areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a Degree in a relevant field (Recent graduates or final-year students).
