Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled Mobile AI Engineer to spearhead the development of our next-generation mobile platform in Victoria Island. This is a unique opportunity to leverage cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools specifically Claude Code and Claude Design to accelerate the delivery of high-quality, production-ready mobile applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of financial workflows, including onboarding, KYC, and complex transaction logic. If you are an experienced mobile developer with a product-oriented mindset and a passion for using AI to push the boundaries of software delivery, we want you to lead our mobile engineering efforts.

Requirements:

• AI-Driven Development: Utilize AI tools (Claude Code/Design) to generate robust application logic and high-fidelity UI components.

• Mobile Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable, production-ready mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.

• Workflow Design: Design, validate, and implement seamless user flows for critical financial journeys, including user onboarding, KYC verification, and transaction processing.

• API Integration: Architect and execute seamless integrations between mobile front-ends and complex backend services/APIs.

• Product Excellence: Ensure the application meets the highest standards of performance, stability, security, and UX.

• UX Validation: Take ownership of UX validation to ensure that AI-generated designs translate into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 5 to 9 years of professional experience building production-grade mobile applications.

• Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

  • Preferred: Master’s degree.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Frameworks: Strong, mandatory expertise in Flutter or React Native (hybrid development).

  • AI Integration: Proven experience utilizing AI coding assistants like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or GPT for rapid development.

  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in financial applications (lending, payments, or digital wallets) is highly preferred.

  • Cloud & Architecture: Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and modern mobile architectural patterns.
