Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Team Lead to anchor the revenue engine of our Lagos operations. In the aggressive microfinance landscape, success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume customer acquisition with the clinical precision required for Team Discipline, Lead Conversion, and Portfolio Growth. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Relentless Grit" (driving a 10-person sales team) with the "Strategic Agility" required to hit a ₦30 Million monthly sales target.

Requirements:

1. Leadership Orchestration & Performance Governance

  • Team Sovereignty: Supervise and mentor a high-performance sales team of 10 subordinates, acting as the primary "Source of Motivational Energy."

  • Target Architecture: Drive the team to achieve a clinical ₦30 Million monthly sales target, providing the "Structural Foundation" for the branch's financial success.

  • Discipline Stewardship: Enforce sales protocols and professional conduct across the team, ensuring the "Source of Brand Integrity" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

  • Acquisition Sovereignty: Lead from the front in identifying and securing high-value microfinance opportunities, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."

  • Conversion Architecture: Implement advanced sales strategies to turn leads into active loan or deposit accounts, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for team success.

  • Incentive Stewardship: Monitor individual performance to ensure the team maximizes their monthly performance pay, maintaining the "Source of Financial Reward."

3. Growth Integrity & Performance Power

  • Monitoring Sovereignty: Track daily and weekly sales KPIs with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Early Performance Warnings."

  • Reporting Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity sales reports for management, providing the "Visual Foundation" for branch-level decision-making.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–7 years of banking and sales expertise to overcome market objections, maximizing the "Source of Operational Revenue."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within the Banking or Microfinance sector.

  • Leadership Power: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team of at least 10 people.
