We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our healthcare products.
- The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, healthcare product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and Pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell health care products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and distributor outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and purchasing managers.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare personnel and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
- Participate in trade shows, medical exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- B. Pharm., B.Sc / HND Bio Chemistry or Science related course
- Maximum of 2 years post NYSC.
- Must not be more than 35 years of age
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be ready to send daily report on sales activities.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Compensation/Benefits
