Job Description:

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a background in the healthcare sector? We are seeking a motivated, high-performing Medical Sales Representative to drive our sales efforts, expand our market share, and manage key client relationships within Abuja.

In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, connecting healthcare professionals and medical institutions with top-tier medical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong medical background, exceptional negotiation skills, and an intimate familiarity with Abuja’s healthcare landscape.

Requirements:

• Territory Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to aggressively grow market share within your assigned Abuja territory.

• Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, medical practitioners, and healthcare institutions for company products.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional decision-makers.

• Product Presentations: Conduct professional product presentations, pitches, and clinical demonstrations to prospective clients and medical teams.

• Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, track industry trends, and provide actionable market intelligence to management.

• Reporting & Logistics: Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly performance reports. Ensure prompt product delivery to clients within your territory when required.

• Brand Visibility: Drive brand awareness and ensure our product visibility meets strict organizational standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. / B.Pharm) in a Medical, Pharmaceutical, Biological Sciences, or closely related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on field sales experience, specifically within the Medical or Pharmaceutical sector.

• Location & Mobility: Must be a current resident of Abuja with a deep familiarity with the locations of hospitals, clinics, and health institutions across the state.

• Driving: Must know how to drive a car and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Sales Skills: Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, medical detailing, commercial negotiation, and closing deals.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, active listening, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
