Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Medical Laboratory Technician to anchor our diagnostic engine in Anthony, Lagos. In a fast-paced hospital setting, success is defined by "Diagnostic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity specimen collection with the clinical precision required for laboratory analysis, data integrity, and patient safety. This role is designed for a "Laboratory Architect" who can blend "Technical Grit" (venipuncture and blood sample collection) with the "Analytical Agility" required to assist the Medical Laboratory Scientist in delivering accurate patient diagnoses.

Requirements:

1. Specimen Orchestration & Phlebotomy Governance

• Collection Sovereignty: Conduct blood sample collection with millimetric precision, acting as the primary "Source of Comfort" and safety for hospital patients.

• Integrity Architecture: Ensure all specimens act as a "Source of Fidelity" for analysis by adhering to strict labeling and handling protocols to prevent pre-analytical errors.

• Workflow Logic: Synchronize collection schedules with laboratory processing times to ensure "Zero-Friction" in the turnaround of critical diagnostic results.

2. Diagnostic Resilience & Scientist Support

• Analysis Sovereignty: Assist the Medical Laboratory Scientist in performing diagnostic tests, acting as the "Technical Foundation" for accurate patient assessments.

• Safety Stewardship: Maintain a "Source of Sterility" within the laboratory environment, adhering to international biosafety standards and hospital waste management protocols.

• Record Architecture: Accurately document patient data and test results, ensuring the "Digital or Physical Record" is a reliable source for medical decision-making.

3. Operational Grit & Geographical Synergy

• Proximity Intelligence: Priority will be given to candidates residing in Anthony, Shomolu, Ketu, Ojota, Ilupeju, Maryland, or Gbagada to ensure high-velocity punctuality and minimal "Source of Fatigue" from commuting.

• Clinical Diplomacy: Maintain professional poise when interacting with patients and medical staff, ensuring the laboratory remains the "Source of Choice" for diagnostic services.

• Team Governance: Collaborate synchronously within the hospital ecosystem to provide "Intelligence-Driven" support for inpatient and outpatient care.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Certification: Qualified and Licensed Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with a current practicing license.

• Gender Preference: Female candidate preferred.

• Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in Phlebotomy (Blood Collection) and basic laboratory equipment handling.

Core Competencies
