We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician Trainee to join our team.
• This is an entry-level, hands-on training opportunity designed for candidates interested in developing skills in mechanical systems maintenance, repair, and diagnostics within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the inspection, servicing, and repair of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors, and production machinery
• Learn and adhere to safety procedures, company standards, and equipment manuals
• Support preventive maintenance tasks and keep accurate maintenance records
• Participate in root-cause analysis of mechanical faults and recommend solutions
• Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to develop technical knowledge
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and in compliance with housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of a technical diploma or OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools, machinery, and safety practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial setting
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
