Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve all mechanical maintenance issues on company machinery, recommending improvements where necessary.

• Work to eliminate or minimize downtime on all equipment.

• Assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment.

• Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and according to specifications.

• Read and interpret mechatronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.

• Supervise machine operators to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Install and conduct diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.

• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance plans to prevent costly breakdowns.

• Document machine faults to support preventive maintenance efforts and maintain accurate service records.

• Optimize electrical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.

• Train co-workers on safe work practices and adherence to industry regulations.

• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.

• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned.
