Job Description:

Are you a driven e-commerce professional looking to shape the growth of a dynamic marketplace? We are seeking a results-oriented Marketplace & Vendor Success Executive to join our team in Lagos Island. In this role, you will be the backbone of our vendor ecosystem, responsible for end-to-end vendor acquisition, optimizing product listings, driving order generation, and ensuring seamless vendor relationship management. Requirements:

  • Vendor Acquisition: Proactively scout, pitch, and onboard high-quality vendors to expand our marketplace offerings.

  • Product Listing Management: Oversee the end-to-end product upload process, ensuring listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing to drive conversion.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our vendor partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Order Generation & Sales: Execute strategies to boost marketplace traffic and generate consistent order volumes.

  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to streamline deliveries and ensure timely logistics fulfillment for all marketplace orders.

  • Conflict Resolution: Provide timely solutions to vendor concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels and professional dispute resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, Sales, or Vendor Management.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.

  • Tech Proficiency: High computer literacy; experience with marketplace dashboards or CRM tools is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while managing a diverse portfolio of vendors.

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦250,000/month
