Job Description:

• Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead with strong background in healthcare/diagnostic centre marketing to drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate should understand how diagnostic centres operate and how to ethically market healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to diagnostic services
• Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Drive referrals from hospitals, clinics, HMOs, and corporate clients
• Oversee social media, digital ads, and brand communications
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Work closely with management to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Supervise and guide marketing team members (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience, preferably in a diagnostic centre or healthcare setting
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, and referrals
• Strong understanding of ethical healthcare marketing practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Salary & Benefits

• N400,000 - N450,000 / Month
• Weekly marketing float: N20,000
• Opportunity to work in a growing diagnostic centre
