Requirements:

• Business Development: Identify, pitch to, and onboard corporate and individual clients to grow the company's insurance premium portfolio.

• Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, corporate partners, and underwriters.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and business development targets.

• Market Strategy: Execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and positioning within the insurance brokerage market.

• Product Detailing: Clearly communicate complex insurance products, risks, and brokerage benefits to prospective clients to facilitate decision-making.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular market intelligence and sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active marketing experience specifically within the Insurance Industry.

• Sector Expertise: Direct Insurance Brokerage experience is mandatory for this role.

• Professional Certification: Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) certification is required.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to pitch and negotiate confidently.

• Core Traits: Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently to hit commercial targets.

• Location: Must be resident in or easily accessible to the Lekki-Chevron Area, Lagos.
