Job Description:

This is a high-stakes, revenue-driven leadership role. We are not looking for a content creator; we are seeking a commercial marketing engine. You will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy of the World Trade Center (WTC) Abuja, ensuring that every marketing dollar spent is directly tied to measurable business outcomes: lease inquiries, membership sign-ups, and partnership deals. If you think in terms of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and pipeline contribution, you are the leader we need.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Marketing Strategy: Own the WTC Abuja marketing roadmap. Lead annual planning, budgeting, and performance reviews, ensuring all activities are anchored in revenue growth.

  • Digital Performance Engine: Oversee high-performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. You will manage the entire digital funnel—from SEO/SEM and content architecture to CRM-driven marketing automation.

  • Pipeline & Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Services to build toolkits, presentations, and campaigns that shorten sales cycles and improve lead quality.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Act as a brand ambassador for WTC Abuja, fostering high-level relationships with embassies, global chambers of commerce, and trade bodies to drive membership and corporate visibility.

  • Brand & Content Leadership: Elevate WTC Abuja’s premium positioning through storytelling, executive-level corporate collateral, and crisis communications.

  • Data-Driven Accountability: Design and maintain real-time dashboards to report on CAC, ROAS, and marketing-sourced revenue. You will be expected to provide actionable intelligence to the C-suite.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 7–12 years of progressive marketing experience spanning both digital and traditional channels.

  • Commercial Acumen: A proven history of leading multi-channel campaigns with hard, quantifiable results (e.g., revenue generated, leads converted).

  • Digital Mastery: Deep technical proficiency in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation/CRM platforms.

  • Leadership Presence: Comfortable interacting with C-suite stakeholders and stepping in for the VP of Marketing when required.

  • Background: Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Premium Membership models, or B2B/Enterprise marketing are strongly preferred. Exposure to global trade ecosystems is a significant bonus.
