Job Description:
- As the Manager Business Intelligence and Performance Management you will drive insights, analytics, and performance strategies that enable smarter sales decisions.
- You will collaborate across functions and regions to shape how data guides our commercial direction, helping us stay competitive in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support Areas with Pricing Excellence, including FAK and PRIA strategies.
- Coordinate and follow up on Freight & NAC audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance on non-manifested rebates across all relevant processes.
- Monitor and improve Quotation and RA quality, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Drive initiatives focused on cargo and customer mix optimization to enhance profitability.
- Implement and manage Dynamic Pricing strategies in collaboration with commercial teams.
- Conduct general data analysis to support Revenue Optimization initiatives and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards to track, evaluate, and communicate performance metrics effectively
Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, or performance management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Qliksense and other sales-related software.
- Understanding of commercial processes, sales KPIs, and financial indicators.
- Proficient on MS suite and able to deliver quality business presentations
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Portuguese) would be a plus.
- Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of African markets, cultures, and business dynamics is essential, with the ability to tailor solutions and strategies to meet regional needs.
