Job Description:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyzing and identifying the scope for business case analysis and recommend solutions and improvements to business procedures
- Partner with the Marketing department to design and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and value proposition to effectively engage clients and partners.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and operational performance.
- Develop and implement sales plan, strategies, and initiatives to generate new business opportunities as well as expand current clients
- Collaborate with the Legal team to draft, review, and finalize contracts and business proposals before submission to prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field (aviation industry experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple clients/projects effectively.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities and partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with board members, colleagues, business partners, prospects, and community stakeholders.
