Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and aesthetically astute Fashion House Manager to anchor the daily operations of our Wuse 2 atelier. In the premium fashion sector, success is defined by "Creative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex production timelines with the clinical precision required for high-end quality control and elite client services. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 4–6 years of experience who can blend "Production Grit" (managing tailors and designers) with the "Commercial Agility" required to ensure profitability and trend relevance.

Requirements:

1. Production Orchestration & Quality Governance

• Value Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of clothing production—from initial trend research and design to final garment delivery—ensuring zero-bottleneck efficiency.

• Quality Sovereignty: Implement clinical quality control protocols at every stage of production, ensuring that every bespoke or retail piece meets the brand's premium standards.

• Staff Synchronization: Supervise and mentor the creative and technical teams (designers, tailors, and finishers), fostering a culture of high-speed productivity and technical excellence.

2. Commercial Stewardship & Inventory Integrity

• Profitability Architecture: Manage the daily financial and administrative tasks with millimetric precision, ensuring that operational costs are optimized to meet monthly revenue targets.

• Inventory Governance: Maintain a high-fidelity inventory system for fabrics, notions, and finished goods, ensuring the atelier is always "Audit-Ready" and never under-resourced.

• Trend Reconnaissance: Conduct rigorous market and trend research to ensure the brand remains a "Source of Authority" in the competitive Abuja fashion landscape.

3. Client Diplomacy & Brand Representation

• Elite Client Services: Act as the primary bridge for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, managing bespoke consultations and ensuring a high-trust, luxury service experience.

• Identity Alignment: Ensure that every touchpoint—from store aesthetics to packaging—is perfectly aligned with the brand’s visual and professional identity.

• Operational Reporting: Prepare regular performance updates for the owners, providing clinical insights into production velocity, staff performance, and client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–6 years of robust experience in fashion house management or a senior retail operations role.

• Location: Must be able to work Full-Time Onsite in Wuse 2, Abuja.
