Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Manager to lead our local operations in Ibadan. This role is responsible for overseeing daily business activities, managing staff performance, and ensuring that all operational goals are achieved with excellence. The successful candidate will act as a key leader on the ground, ensuring the business maintains high standards of service and efficiency while fostering a productive work environment.

To ensure operational readiness and ease of access to the facility, we are specifically looking for candidates who reside within the Apete or Oluyole Estate areas of Ibadan.

Requirements:

Operational Oversight

• Daily Management: Coordinate and supervise all day-to-day activities to ensure the facility or business unit runs smoothly.

• Quality Control: Maintain and enforce high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism across all departments.

• Resource Allocation: Manage inventory, equipment, and administrative supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Team Leadership & Development

• Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate the onsite team, providing clear instructions and handling shift scheduling or task delegation.

• Performance Reviews: Monitor staff output and provide constructive feedback and training to improve service delivery.

• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve internal staff issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Reporting & Administration

• Financial Tracking: Oversee daily transactions, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate record-keeping for periodic audits.

• Management Liaison: Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding sales targets, operational challenges, and facility maintenance needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Possession of a relevant qualification (B.Sc., HND, or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, or a field related to the specific industry.

• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is essential.

• Residency: Must reside within Apete or Oluyole Estate, Ibadan. Applications from candidates outside these specific locations will not be considered.
