We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • An MIS Officer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Responsible for Sales Planning, Logistics Planning, competitor analysis, and MIS reporting.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity throughout the analysis process.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging data analysis tools and technologies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business needs.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of KPB and wholesaler incentives, customer loyalty claims, principal trade scheme, salesmen incentives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of traditional sales operations.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication (oral and written);
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team where open, collaborative communication is expected;
  • Exhibits personal traits of curiosity, modesty, achievement orientation, and conscientiousness;
  • Team player that is creative, process oriented, and committed
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Basic MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
