We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on company matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle legal disputes and liaise with external counsel.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law and qualified as a legal practitioner
• Proven experience in corporate law.
• Strong negotiation skill, communication skill and attention to detail.
• Age: 25 - 55 years.
