Are you a target-driven sales professional with a passion for financial growth? We are seeking a motivated Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our suite of financial products including Salary Loans, Leases, and Investment portfolios to both individual and corporate clients. This is a high-impact position designed for results-oriented candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to maximize their earnings through an attractive commission structure.

Requirements:

• Strategic Sales: Proactively market and sell our salary loan, lease, and investment products to expand our client base.

• Client Relationship Management: Identify, acquire, and maintain long-term relationships with both individual and corporate clients.

• Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue growth.

• Market Expansion: Utilize your existing networks and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, or HND.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

• Financial Expertise: Prior experience in banking, insurance, investment, or loan services is highly preferred.

• Network: Candidates who possess existing corporate networks are at a distinct advantage.
