Job Description:

• Conduct high-level legal research for appellate and trial matters
• Prepare structured research memoranda and litigation summaries
• Draft legal correspondence and background briefs
• Support preparation and organisation of court filings
• Coordinate litigation documentation and track procedural timelines
• Manage schedule alignment relating to case matters
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all engagements

Requirements:

• LL.B and B.L
• 8-10 years post-call experience
• Strong litigation and dispute resolution background
• Demonstrable experience in appellate and trial-level research
• Prior exposure within a SAN-led or highly structured litigation practice is strongly preferred
• Proven drafting depth across motions, briefs, written addresses, and legal memoranda
• Additional academic exposure in English, public administration, management, or a related discipline is an advantage
• Advanced analytical reasoning
• Precision in legal drafting
• Strong legal research capability
• Strict confidentiality awareness
• Executive coordination discipline
• Strong organizational structure and documentation control skills
