We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are hiring a detail-oriented Legal Personnel (NYSC preferred)to join our team.
• This role offers a dual-role opportunity for a proactive individual to provide legal support while also functioning as a Brand Advancement Officer.
• The ideal candidate must be passionate about law, branding, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

Legal Support:

• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
• Review contracts, agreements, and internal policies for compliance
• Provide legal opinions and support for company operations
• Maintain organized legal and corporate records

Brand Advancement:

• Identify and source growth opportunities for the company and its subsidiaries (e.g., grants, accelerator programs, awards, media features, partnerships)
• Apply for relevant opportunities on behalf of the brand
• Submit a concise weekly report every Friday detailing opportunities identified, applied for, and their progress status

Requirements:

• A Law degree (LL.B) from a recognized institution
• Currently serving or eligible for NYSC
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Interest or experience in brand development, PR, or business development is a plus

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Work Days:4 days on-site per week
