Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and business regulations
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills

• Professional ethics and confidentiality awareness
• It is remote work, and the company is located in the Philippines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Law (LL.B); Call to the Bar is required
