Job Description:

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Legal Counsel with strong expertise in Nigerian Land Law and Taxation to support our operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / BL Degree with a minimum of 5 years post-call experience in corporate or real estate law
• In-depth understanding of Nigerian Land Use Act, property registration, and taxation laws
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and property agreements
• Strong advisory skills on regulatory compliance, title verification, and dispute resolution
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
