We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work across the organization. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with HR Leads and HODs
• Implements overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops, and more
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
• Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Managerial / Social Sciences or a relevant discipline.
• Higher educational qualification/professional certification in relevant courses is an added advantage
