Rite Foods Limited launched as a company in December 2007 as a subsidiary of the Ess-Ay Holdings Limited. It was in the mid-2000s, following the digital evolution in photography that the Group decided to diversify into the FMCG sector, which led to the birth of Rite Foods Limited. 

Job Description:

• Oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management

• Develop, shape, and implement robust talent management strategies to aid retention of high-performing employees

• Drive and engrain a performance-driven culture across the business

• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• First degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 12 years' experience on similar role in an FMCG/Multinational environment
