Job Description:
Oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management
Develop, shape, and implement robust talent management strategies to aid retention of high-performing employees
Drive and engrain a performance-driven culture across the business
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- First degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 12 years' experience on similar role in an FMCG/Multinational environment
