LEAD SENIOR DESIGNERS AT THE WOOD FACTORY LIMITED

The Wood Factory Limited is a leading company in the construction and furniture industry in Abuja, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Site experience, taking exact site measurements for layouts and production of furniture.
• Furniture design, digitalizing our furniture library, detailed drawings of furniture (wardrobe, kitchen cabinets, doors).
• Designing and drawing layouts, executing floor plans and elevations.
• Producing cutting lists, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Participating in furniture’s design process with high design and strategic thinking skills.
• Conceptualizing and communicating the design direction to clients and fellow designers.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD - 2D software.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position with a furniture company.
• Ability to work with less supervision.
• Ability to travel all-round the states of Nigeria.
• Responsible attitude.
• Can lead a team of junior and senior designers.
