Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Laboratory Analyst to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing and analysis to ensure the integrity of our products, from raw materials to finished goods. You will operate high-precision instruments, interpret complex data, and maintain impeccable records to ensure 100% compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

Testing & Analysis

• Sample Evaluation: Perform precise laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established protocols.

• Preparation: Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples required for daily testing and analytical procedures.

• Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure the ongoing accuracy and reliability of all test results.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Monitoring: Actively monitor laboratory processes to identify abnormalities or non-conformance issues in real-time.

• Safety & Standards: Ensure all activities strictly comply with laboratory quality standards (ISO/GLP), safety regulations, and internal company procedures.

• Investigations: Support investigations into product quality issues and assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Documentation & Reporting

• Data Interpretation: Record, analyze, and interpret test results with high precision, identifying trends or discrepancies.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed laboratory reports and maintain comprehensive documentation of all activities, test records, and equipment logs.

• Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the laboratory environment to prevent cross-contamination.

Collaboration & Improvement

• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing laboratory throughput, accuracy, and overall methodology.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant laboratory experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Laboratory Proficiency: Strong knowledge of analytical methods, testing procedures, and the operation of modern laboratory equipment.

• Analytical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot testing issues and interpret complex data sets.

• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic laboratory reporting tools or LIMS.
