Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Key Account Manager to anchor the strategic engine of our healthcare logistics operations. In a specialized medical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the emergency fulfillment and the precision of the supply chain success is defined by "Relational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize hospital procurement needs with the clinical precision required for Blood, Oxygen, and Essential Medical Products. This role is designed for a "Strategic Growth Architect", specifically a Bachelor’s degree holder with 4–6 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (driving upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts) with the "Operational Agility" required to coordinate with dispatch, pharmacy, and lab teams to ensure zero-fail service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Growth Governance

  • Portfolio Sovereignty: Manage a high-value portfolio of hospitals and diagnostic centers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Client Continuity."

  • Revenue Architecture: Drive growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of supply chain solutions, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable account profitability.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Serve as the trusted advisor on supply chain reliability, ensuring the "Source of Patient Outcomes" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic

  • Stakeholder Sovereignty: Build strong relationships with hospital administrators and clinical teams, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Influence."

  • Operational Architecture: Liaise with internal supply chain and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment, providing the "Functional Foundation" for critical logistics protocols.

  • Escalation Stewardship: Monitor fulfillment performance and proactively resolve service gaps, maintaining the "Source of Operational Reliability."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Strategic Sovereignty: Develop structured account plans and forecast demand for critical medical supplies, acting as the primary "Source of Predictive Planning."

  • Reporting Architecture: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track fulfillment success rates, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven business reviews.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 4–6 years of B2B or Healthcare experience to accelerate the account-to-revenue cycle, maximizing the "Source of Growth Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4 – 6 years in Key Account Management or Sales (Healthcare, Pharma, or Logistics preferred).

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and hospital procurement systems.

  • Attributes: High sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving healthcare outcomes.
