Job Description:
- We're seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to manage and grow our existing customer relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
