Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design and project teams.
• In this role, you will help develop high-quality architectural drawings, design concepts, and comprehensive project documentation.
• This position is ideal for a graduate architect looking for hands-on experience in architectural design, site coordination, and project execution. 

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Drafting: Assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and design presentations.
• Design Support: Collaborate with senior architects to develop innovative design concepts and project plans.
• Documentation: Prepare technical working drawings and documentation for regulatory approvals and construction.
• Site Management: Conduct site visits, perform accurate measurements, and assist in project monitoring.
• Project Coordination: Work with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Revision Control: Update and revise drawings based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and industry standards.
• File Management: Maintain organized documentation and filing for all project materials.

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building design principles and construction methods.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time-management abilities.
• Teamwork: A proactive learner who thrives in a collaborative team environment. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Eligibility: Graduate Architect status (NYSC completed or currently serving).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software, specifically AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Creative problem-solving and high attention to detail.
• Strong technical drafting and 3D modeling skills.
