In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory financial operations, ensuring precision in transaction processing, supply chain cost analysis, and regulatory compliance. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between logistics and finance, helping us maintain accurate records that drive business performance.

Requirements:

• Transaction Management: Monitor and record daily financial activities specifically related to the movement of goods and supply chain operations.

• Data Integrity: Maintain precise financial records and process transactions with high accuracy.

• Reporting & Reconciliation: Reconcile complex invoices and receipts; prepare regular financial reports to support leadership decision-making.

• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses on supply chain activities to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

• Compliance: Uphold strict financial documentation standards and ensure all processes align with company policy and local regulations.

• Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with the operations team to track inventory value and ensure seamless financial alignment.

• Support: Assist the broader accounting team with audits, month-end closing, and ad-hoc financial projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.

• Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated ability to manage financial data, perform cost analyses, and derive actionable insights.

• Supply Chain Acumen: A solid grasp of how logistics and supply chain movements impact a company’s bottom line.
