CCETC Ogua Energy Limited (COEL) is a proudly independent power producer principally engaged in the business of developing power plants from the Engineering, Procurement & Construction stage, through the actual project execution, management, supervision to the operation and maintenance regime.
In Nigeria, we have 40MW installed in Sagamu, 12MW installed in Lekki Free Zone, 55MW in Ossiomo in Edo state, 14MW Rongtai Lagos Benin bypass and also 21MW in WEMPCO at Magboro. In those places mentioned, are our generating plants in Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Manage accounting transaction and book keeping, daily data capture in ERP
- Prepare invoices and payment vouchers
- Manage account receivables and payables
- Manage cash and bank transaction
- Conduct periodic Bank reconciliation and other general ledger reconciliation
- Maintain all necessary books of account, document, record and book keeping
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial report
- Assist in preparation of budget and forecast.
- Prepare and remit statutory payment such as PAYE, Pension, VAT, Withholding tax etc
Requirements:
- BSc Degree / HND in Accounting with good grade from reputable institution
- 2 - 3 years hands on experience
- Must reside around Lagos and Ogun state environs.
Skills and Attributes:
- IFRS complaints
- Knowledge of local regulation
- Passionate about work and willing to learn.
Knowledge of contemporary IT such as:
- Microsoft office ( word, excel, powerpoint)
- Accounting software and ERP.
