Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and reliable Jobman to handle a wide variety of general maintenance, repair, and minor installation tasks across our facility.

The ideal candidate is a practical problem-solver capable of managing small, miscellaneous jobs independently, ensuring that the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building fixtures, furniture, and equipment (e.g., carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical fixes).

Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and staging for company events or office reconfigurations.

Conduct general facility inspections to identify and proactively address maintenance needs, safety hazards, or wear and tear.

Execute miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks as assigned, which may include basic painting, light landscaping, or assembling new equipment.

Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and oversee their work to ensure quality and timely completion.

Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance materials, notifying management when restocking is required.

Requirements:

High school Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a trade is a plus.

Proven experience in a general maintenance, handyman, or jobman role.

Basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple small tasks efficiently.

Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders as needed.
