1. HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN MANAGER - GOLDEN SUGAR COMPANY - SUNTI
PURPOSE
To manage HR functions and administrative operations across the Sugar Plantation, Factory, and Housing Estate. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations to support business success.
THE JOB
- Manage Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure highest qualify candidates are sourced and retained.
- Manage Training and Development intervention programmes to close competency gaps.
- Manage, supervise and implement the performance appraisal to ensure effective performance management system.
- Ensure adherence to HR Policies and Procedures and carry out periodic reviews.
- Provide first line HR support and advice on organisation design and development issues.
- Manage industrial and employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, safety, and company policies.
- Oversee administrative functions including supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.

QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc./HND in Humanities or any relevant social sciences.
- Human Resource professional certification e.g. CIPM or any other recognized certification.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
2. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT OFFICER - GOLDEN SUGAR COMPANY - SUNTI
PURPOSE
To assist the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to direct industrial hygiene, occupational, and general safety programs and ensure a safe and clean environment whilst complying with statutory regulations.
THE JOB
- Develop, implement and sustain health and safety programs and initiatives to build a sustainable OHS culture across the BU.
- Promote HSE practice to ensure staff compliance with health, environmental, and safety rules and regulations.
- Review all safety rules on a regular basis and, where necessary, recommend suitable changes.
- Ensure that rigorous health and safety audits, inspections, investigations and root cause analysis are conducted, and that appropriate risk identification, assessment and control measures are in place and sustained.
- Analyse health and safety related information and prepare regular reports for the Manager, Executive Management Team, Health and Safety Committee or external authorities on activities and KPIs.
- Engage with management and staff on health and safety issues and programs to communicate and promote effective health and safety practice.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Have strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards and stakeholders’ management abilities.

- Ensure that rigorous health and safety audits, inspections, investigations and root cause analysis are conducted and that appropriate risk identification, assessment and control measures are in place and sustained.
- Analyse health and safety related information and prepare regular reports for the Manager, Executive Management Team, Health and Safety Committee or external authorities on activities and KPIs.
