Job Description:

• Validate the availability and completeness of API endpoints and workflows, including charging, cancellations, invoices, and related functions

• Create, maintain, and share comprehensive technical documentation such as flow diagrams, starter kits, and integration guides

• Coordinate local environment setup, including VPN configuration, IP whitelisting, and SMPP connections

• Prepare, execute, and monitor test plans with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful integration

• Perform technical and functional test validations, supporting debugging and identifying gaps during integration

• Ensure all documentation is centralized, regularly updated, and accessible via platforms like Jira and SharePoint

• Track integration progress, report blockers, and communicate updates clearly to internal teams and external partners

• Collaborate closely with development, business, technical, and product teams, as well as local partners, to ensure smooth integrations

Requirements:

• Familiar with API testing and debugging (Postman, Swagger, logs, REST, JSON)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel)
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); French is a plus
• Knowledge of telecom environments: SMS/USSD flows, DCB, SMPP, OTP is a plus
• Comfortable making direct contact with partners (calls, onsite if needed) to resolve blocking points
• Understanding of regional context and ability to interact with local stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical missions (development, network, telecom) and then in Project Management
