Job Description:
- The Tech Support personnel will provide first-line and second-line product support to customers using ZEEQ Tech’s software solutions.
- The role ensures timely troubleshooting, customer education, technical onboarding, accurate issue resolution, and escalation management to guarantee positive user experience and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt technical support for all ZEEQ Tech software products (phone, email, chat, in-person).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues related to product performance, configuration, and usage.
- Escalate complex issues to Engineering/Product teams while maintaining follow-up communication.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new users and provide product training.
- Record and track all support tickets using CRM or support management tools.
- Prepare weekly product performance and issue-trend reports.
- Collaborate with the QA and Product teams to communicate recurring bugs and feature requests.
- Assist in product testing during updates, upgrades, and new releases.
- Maintain excellent customer experience with 100% professionalism and responsiveness.

Salary
