Job Description:
IT Support Functions:
- Provide first-line technical support for staff (hardware, software, internet, and network troubleshooting).
- Maintain computer systems, POS systems, and digital tools essential for store and office operations.
- Manage data backups, file security, and safe storage of digital assets.
- Monitor and update antivirus, firewalls, and software to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
- Support e-commerce platform updates and integrations (where applicable).
- Document IT incidents and provide solutions to reduce downtime.
Social Media Management Functions:
- Develop and execute social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,and other platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with brand identity.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and DMs promptly and professionally.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Track engagement metrics (followers, likes, shares, reach, conversions) and report on performance.
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team for photoshoots, campaigns, and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT support and/or social media management (fashion/retail industry is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
- Creative eye for fashion content and digital storytelling.
