We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

IT Support Functions:

  • Provide first-line technical support for staff (hardware, software, internet, and network troubleshooting).
  • Maintain computer systems, POS systems, and digital tools essential for store and office operations.
  • Manage data backups, file security, and safe storage of digital assets.
  • Monitor and update antivirus, firewalls, and software to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
  • Support e-commerce platform updates and integrations (where applicable).
  • Document IT incidents and provide solutions to reduce downtime.

Social Media Management Functions:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,and other platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with brand identity.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and DMs promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Track engagement metrics (followers, likes, shares, reach, conversions) and report on performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative/marketing team for photoshoots, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in IT support and/or social media management (fashion/retail industry is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
  • Creative eye for fashion content and digital storytelling.
