We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting on all company workstations, laptops, and servers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems (e.g., Active Directory, cloud platforms).
- Set up and configure new employee equipment and accounts, and securely decommission equipment for departing staff.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, inventory, and support resolutions.
- Track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies, including managing anti-virus and monitoring for threats.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role.
- Technical Proficiency.
