Job Description:

We are seeking a technically proficient IT Support & DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing health tech team in Yaba. This role is a hybrid position that demands more than just traditional desktop support; we need a cloud-savvy professional who can manage infrastructure, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our health tech systems remain highly available and secure. If you are comfortable working in a high-stakes, infrastructure-focused environment and can troubleshoot deployment issues independently, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD deployment processes.

• System Administration: Manage server health, cloud environments, and internal systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Monitoring & Reliability: Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana) to proactively detect and resolve system bottlenecks or deployment failures.

• Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our critical health tech services.

• Operational Support: Balance internal system management with high-level technical oversight to support our developers and operational teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Expertise (Must-Have):

  • Solid DevOps experience, specifically with CI/CD deployment pipelines.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana).

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in system administration, managing cloud environments, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

• Industry Advantage: Prior experience in the Health Tech sector is a significant plus.

• Autonomy: Proven ability to manage internal systems and resolve deployment-level issues with minimal supervision.

• Important: This role is for DevOps-focused candidates. Traditional desktop-only support candidates will not be considered.
