Job Description:

  • This role focuses on B2B sales, targeting organizations in the Fintech, Financial Services, and IT Consulting sectors.

Role Overview

  • As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals that meet client needs. 
  • Your primary focus will be on selling to corporate clients and institutions, driving revenue growth through strategic B2B engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
  • Understand organizational pain points and propose tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Set up meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and support proposal development
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects from lead generation to deal closure
  • Report on sales performance and contribute to refining sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales within Fintech, Financial Institutions, or IT Consulting
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
