Job Description:

• Develop and implement IT governance framework to align with business strategy.
• Develops IT policies, manage risks, and oversee compliance
• Monitor IT performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct IT audits, identifying areas of non-compliance for improvement.
• Contributes to the creation of materials for governance awareness sessions
• Ensures that any action plans, policies and procedures are fully implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in IT governance risk management, or IT compliance.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
