SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country.

Job Description:

  • Provide frontline technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and ERP systems to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted business operations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including OS, deployment, system upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, login, and Active Directory access issues.
  • Support network and shared printers, including driver configuration and scan-to-email/folder troubleshooting.
  • Provide first-line ERP support, resolving user access issues and transaction error while escalating system bugs when necessary (SAP and other Business Applications)
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configuration (Google environment).
  • Log and resolve incidents through a helpdesk system, ensuring SLA compliance and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 year’s experience in end-user technical support
  • Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator and Google Platforms.
  • ITIL Foundation (For service management environments)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN)
