Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, applications, storage, virtualization, and core services).
- Provide L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Infrastructure & Virtualization Management
- Deploy, configure, and maintain virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and Windows Server systems.
- Perform capacity planning, patch management, and backup/restore operations.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Apply network security best practices, including VPNs, segmentation, and access controls.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Office 365 services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across enterprise systems.
- Provide advanced support for email, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications.
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for IT operations.
- Contribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization and modernization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure/system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, VMware/Hyper-V, and enterprise networking.
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and related enterprise services.
- Practical understanding of network security concepts, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
