Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Banker to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between companies and capital, responsible for valuing businesses, structuring deals, and managing the complexities of raising capital. You will play a pivotal role in underwriting financial deals, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and providing strategic financial counsel to our clients. Requirements:

• Capital Raising: Lead the process of issuing debt and selling equity to meet client funding objectives, including managing IPOs and private equity placements.

• Valuation & Advisory: Conduct deep-dive strategic research and due diligence to provide accurate company valuations. Analyze risks and offer sound financial advice to drive corporate success.

• Deal Facilitation: Manage the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and provide expert guidance on corporate restructuring.

• Modeling & Reporting: Develop complex financial models, forecasts, and comprehensive reports to support investment decisions.

• Investor Relations: Proactively discover, engage, and close potential investors to ensure deal success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BSc/BA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A graduate degree is a significant advantage.

• Experience: Proven experience as an Investment Banker or Underwriter.

• Professional Credentials: A valid license (e.g., Series 7 & 66) is required. Professional certifications such as the CFA are highly valued.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and forecasting.

  • Strong working knowledge of securities regulations and M&A compliance.
