Job Description:

  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist with receiving, issuing, and transferring goods.
  • Participate in regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inventory movements.
  • Work with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with inventory software is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
