Job Description:

  • Go extra mile to drive sales.
  • Contact customers via phone call or email to attend to requests and inquiries.
  • Verify orders, customers personal information and payment details.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service and products.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow up.
  • Providing personalized shopping experiences, such as assisting with fittings and consultation.
  • Follow and achieve departmental goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Maintain in stock and presentable showroom condition always.
  • Cross sell products and up-sellcustomers
  • Ensure sales target are met.
  • Compile weekly sales reports and customer analytic.
  • Team up with colleagues to ensure proper customer service.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales, post and engage on WhatsApp.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Engage customers through interactive displays, events and impeccable customer service.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years work experience.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to identify leads, present products, upsell, cross sell and close sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of products and services.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Teamwork Skills: Able to collaborate with colleagues and work effectively within a team.

Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
